Introduction

For most of us our minds are very busy moving from one thing to the next. In this era of information over-load it is easy for us to become stressed and scattered. Mindfulness practice has been around for thousands of years as a way to still the mind and become more acceptant of the demands of life.

This contemporary, secular approach offers a programme of training which enables you to live more consistently in the here-and-now with a reduction in stress.
